Refund Policy
Brainysaurus supplies digital educational products and online educational access.
Because these are digital products and services, refunds are generally not available once:
- a download link has been issued
- a digital file has been delivered
- access to online content has been granted
1. General Refund Position
Brainysaurus does not generally offer refunds on digital products or online access once delivery or access has taken place.
Online access products are sold as annual access for the relevant school year purchased. Access is valid only for the year in which the product is purchased and does not carry over automatically to the following year.
2. Possible Exceptions
A refund request may be considered in limited cases, including:
- a technical problem that prevents access to the product
- a duplicate payment
- an incorrect charge
- another order-related issue that can be verified
If a customer accidentally purchases the wrong textbook or product, Brainysaurus will use reasonable efforts to assist by providing the correct product link or guidance where possible. This assistance does not guarantee a refund, cancellation, exchange, or free replacement, and any remedy remains subject to this Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
3. Reporting a Problem
If there is a problem with your order, you must contact Brainysaurus as soon as possible so that the matter can be investigated.
Please include enough detail for us to assist you, such as:
- your name
- your email address
- the product purchased
- the nature of the problem
- proof of payment, if available
4. Refund Decisions
Any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of Brainysaurus, subject to applicable South African law.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the appropriate payment method or another reasonable method determined by Brainysaurus.
5. Cancellations
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the product has been delivered, the download has been made available, or online access has been granted.
