3. Products
Brainysaurus sells digital educational products and online educational access.
Products may include:
- downloadable files
- printable resources
- online learning content
- access to educational material on the Brainysaurus platform
No physical products are shipped.
Online products, including Animasies and Quizzes, are sold as annual online access for the relevant school year purchased. Access is valid only for the year in which the product is purchased and does not carry over automatically to the following year.
4. Orders and Payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment is processed securely through PayFast. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Brainysaurus reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
- payment is not successfully authorised
- there is an obvious pricing or product error
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered by download links, email, and/or online account access, depending on the product purchased.
For online products, the customer will be required to register an account on the main Brainysaurus website using the same email address used for the order and verify their email address. Online access is then linked to the customer’s account where applicable.
Online access is valid only for the relevant school year purchased. Brainysaurus may reset or remove online access accounts and permissions at the end of the school year in order to prepare the platform for the next school year.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- providing correct information when placing an order
- using a valid email address
- keeping login details secure
- ensuring that the selected products are correct before payment
7. Intellectual Property
All Brainysaurus content, including downloads, summaries, quizzes, animations, documents, text, graphics, layouts, and educational resources, remains the intellectual property of Brainysaurus unless otherwise stated.
Products are sold for personal educational use only. No content may be copied, shared, resold, distributed, uploaded, or reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Because Brainysaurus supplies digital products and online access, refunds are generally not available once:
- a download link has been issued
- a digital file has been delivered
- access to online content has been granted
If there is a technical problem, duplicate payment, or another issue with an order, the customer must contact Brainysaurus as soon as possible so that the matter can be investigated.
Any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of Brainysaurus, subject to applicable South African law.
9. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If Brainysaurus is unable to supply a product after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted and an appropriate remedy may be offered, which may include replacement access, store credit, or a refund.
10. Website Use
You may not use this website:
- for any unlawful purpose
- to interfere with the operation or security of the website
- to attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data
- to misuse or copy content from the website
Brainysaurus reserves the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.
